Your website visitor selects one of your services. Then the client proceeds to your availability calendar to choose a convenient date and time for the appointment. The calendar and working hours graphic view is very intuitive and easy to use for everyone.
After choosing a free time slot the client fills in the appointment request form that is fully configurable and allows you to add additional fields to collect information specific to your business.
After the appointment request is received the client and you instantly receive email notifications. The client can also opt to be reminded prior to the appointment.
